White Walks and a Folding Human [2/21/2008]

This first dream on Thursday, was in almost two parts as it seemed. I first recall driving past a home with a huge yard and a man was out with his kids around watching as he was building a white walkway from the house, for a hundred yards to the road. No driveway reached to the house.

I came back later and pulled up to a car garage and the field around stretched out for a long ways until it reached the house and the woods at the far end. A white walkway went nearly all the way from the garage to the house over a couple small hills. The walkway, strangely, was not finished. In the middle, but toward the house, a bridge was started, but the walkways on either side did not line up as expected.

The house was clearly crooked on the hill and so made the walkway from it crooked as well. The walkway from the road was flat and well set. So as the walkway tried to reach over a dip and to the hill where the house lay, they did not meet on the same horizontal plane.

Now, a mother came out with the two small children and she showed she was upset about how the house was crooked. I asked if anything could be done, but she upsettingly remarked there was not. I thought about the issue for a bit and imagined how we could level the basement of the house by pushing up on one side or something, but soon gave up. I then went back out to the road.

The two children had been given the duty to get the mail from the road a little before I left, and as I reached my car, they were coming back to the house with the mail. I waved fairwell and started my car, which stalled the first couple times because I was on a hill. Then I pulled out with what looked like an old Thunderbird.

In the second dream, I'm not sure where I was but I was inside some building and was given the task of somehow botching something for a reward. I walked out of the room we discussed this in, and went into a cylindrical but open area with four things dangling from the cieling. They were like black ropes with black cubes on them and neon green characters written on all sides. I attached a similar purple one to them which had cartoon depictions of a rather liberal cartoonist on them. I apparently liked the cartoon, but then I took it down again as I think my mother came by.

She congratulated me on pulling it down and walked me back to the room in this rather spacious carpeted hallway of sorts. A TV display was near the room and someone pleaded with us to cancel whatever we planned to do. My mother declined the offer. And we walked into the room where this woman had been asking us to cancel the plan.

Apparently the monitor was there to prevent unwanted intrusion into the room while things went on inside. Better than knocking and entering I can only assume.

In the room, an old friend and his father or older cousin awaited us. My mother said, "Here he is, undefiled and pure virgin, just for you."

To the right was a beat with this pleading blonde woman, obviously a hooker, wearing a short dress colored with shining blue and silver. Here head sunk as she sat up in the middle of the bed. I wanted to tell her that I too am not interested in this offer.

It seemed this older cousin was most interested in my losing virginity and he lay down on the bed and was acting all weird when soon he started unfolding, head first, like machined plastic and turned from pink to white as he soon turned into a giant trailer camper. My brother was now assembling this camper and I was asking why questions to my brother as he did so.
