Japanese Jeans [10/27/2003]
At this point my shirt changes to more of a black shirt with some
Japanese writing on them. And so I put them on my bed and work on getting
the tag off the jeans. Now the tag isn't just some thing on the outside
of the pants, but rather it's like this huge pamphlet and it sticks a good
ways out of the waist of the pants, like the pants hang from this thing.
So I tear and tear at it until it comes out, and I unfold this huge
pamphlet to reveal some sort of Japanese culture information.
I suddenly zoom in on the one picture on the pamphlet and am
transported to a waterfront park in Japan where these Japanese ladies are
doing some sort of ritual dance on the patio I was standing on. Then they
finish and people clap and they start walking up and talking to these
women. So I went up to this one woman who starts telling me how she's
studying to be a journeyman and is doing this to fund her schooling or
something. It seemed strange because a journeyman is a lower-class
wizard.
I am then transported back to my bedroom and I wake up to my alarm.
From my present situation, the journeyman thing came from me
role-playing with some friends as a journeyman. And the whole Japanese
culture thing was from Amy asking me if I could design a dream for this
game that has a taste of Japanese culture in it, and I said I'd have to
study it a bit first. The other strange thing is that the black shirt and
jeans reminds me of a certain favorite outfit that Kristin wears, which is
a black shirt with a redish design on it and a pair of navy blue jeans. I
think that explains the whole dream, but I'm not totally sure.
