Talking a Course [2/8/2005]
In this second dream I was taking a course, supposedly at Albany State. But I was late for the class
because of work or something. So I was driving along and I get there and park the truck and head to my
class. I have to walk across the middle of the campus because, of course, my class is in the building
furthest from the place I parked. All the buildings were centered around a large, circular stone courtyard.
It was big enough that the people on the opposite edge looked really small.
So I was walking along towards my class and my dad was walking the other way, so I said a friendly hello
to him as I walked to my class. I think I saw Tom (my brother, not the many I know at C&C) as well, but he
didn't seem to register me walking by.
I get to class and it's a number of floors up in this huge building, and there are a number of
side-by-side windows looking out over the courtyard and there's a library of books off to my right as I
enter the classroom from the left side. All the students are up picking out some history books for some
assignment. And the professor is also over there talking with the students as they pick out some books.
In the mean time, I pick a desk and get out my books and stuff for the class without them noticing
really. And after a short bit, they all start heading back to their seats with the books and the professor
greats me in a way that seems like he was expecting me to be late, but I'm still a good student so it's
understandable. And then the dream sorta ends/changes to the next dream.
